    • In the gym, on the bike, or on the field multiple times per week

    • Struggling with energy, LEA | HA | REDS, recovery, body composition, or race‑day execution

    • Looking for clear structure, not generic meal plans

    • Ready to invest in performance‑led nutrition support

    This is not for quick fixes or free advice.

  • During this session, we’ll review your current training load, competition schedule, and performance goals.

    We’ll identify the key nutrition gaps impacting energy, recovery, body composition, or race-day execution and map out what actually needs to change to move your performance forward.

    You’ll leave with clarity, regardless of whether we move forward together or not.

  • Most athletes under‑fuel, mistime intake or rely on outdated advice.

    This call is:

    • Led by a sports dietitian specialising in high‑performance & motorsport nutrition

    • Evidence‑based, practical, and specific to your sport

    • Designed to determine which of our coaching programs are the right fit for you.

  • 30‑Minute Performance Strategy Call — $129 AUD

    This fee:

    • Respects both your time and mine

    • Ensures goal driven, high‑quality conversations

    • Is credited toward 1:1 coaching if you move forward onto a program.

    Limited calls available each week to ensure maximum individual attention during your call.

  • Yes! The strategy call is a key part of what makes ATHELITE SN different. It’s the first step before starting our 12-week coaching program and helps us ensure our services are the right fit for you. During this call, we’ll create a brief roadmap outlining the key areas to focus on over your 12 weeks, giving you clarity, momentum, and a solid foundation for success.

  • At the end of the session, you’ll receive a follow-up email with either next steps and coaching program options

    OR

    If our coaching isn’t the right fit for you right now, you will receive a personalised fuelling gap analysis with strategies created from our call that you can start applying right away.

    Either way, you’ll leave with clarity and actionable strategies to apply.

Hey, I’m Myria [my-ra], I’m a sports dietitian who specialises in working with performance-driven athletes and motocross riders.

ATHELITE Sports Nutrition exists because I refused to accept boring, generic, box-ticking nutrition as the standard. I wanted to redesign what it meant to apply data-driven recommendations for athletes, so I did.

I do things differently to your typical sports dietitian. No outdated rules. No watered-down, generic advice. Just evidence-based strategy applied to each individual athlete in a way that actually gets you results.
