Ensures goal driven, high‑quality conversations
Is credited toward 1:1 coaching if you move forward onto a program.
Limited calls available each week to ensure maximum individual attention during your call.

Yes! The strategy call is a key part of what makes ATHELITE SN different. It’s the first step before starting our 12-week coaching program and helps us ensure our services are the right fit for you. During this call, we’ll create a brief roadmap outlining the key areas to focus on over your 12 weeks, giving you clarity, momentum, and a solid foundation for success.

At the end of the session, you’ll receive a follow-up email with either next steps and coaching program options

If our coaching isn’t the right fit for you right now, you will receive a personalised fuelling gap analysis with strategies created from our call that you can start applying right away.

Hey, I’m Myria [my-ra], I’m a sports dietitian who specialises in working with performance-driven athletes and motocross riders.
ATHELITE Sports Nutrition exists because I refused to accept boring, generic, box-ticking nutrition as the standard. I wanted to redesign what it meant to apply data-driven recommendations for athletes, so I did.
I do things differently to your typical sports dietitian. No outdated rules. No watered-down, generic advice. Just evidence-based strategy applied to each individual athlete in a way that actually gets you results.
