This fee:
Respects both your time and mine
Ensures goal driven, high‑quality conversations
Is credited toward 1:1 coaching if you move forward onto a program.
Limited calls available each week to ensure maximum individual attention during your call.

If our coaching isn’t the right fit for you right now, you will receive a personalised fuelling gap analysis with strategies created from our call that you can start applying right away.

Hey, I’m Myria [my-ra], I’m a sports dietitian who specialises in working with performance-driven athletes and motocross riders.
ATHELITE Sports Nutrition exists because I refused to accept boring, generic, box-ticking nutrition as the standard. I wanted to redesign what it meant to apply data-driven recommendations for athletes, so I did.
It’s 2026. The bar to stand alongside the top 1% of competitors in sport has risen and because of this, athletes demand better fuelling strategies and coaching support.
